Yes! Please email us for our most recent wholesale price list.

What is your payment, cancellation, return, refund, and exchange policy?

*We accept credit cards and PayPal as our payment options. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout using PayPal.

*If any package(s) arrives damaged or is lost, then please contact us so we may see what can be done, as a refund (in full or in part) may be possible.

*All orders/sales are final. Due to the nature of our items being handmade, and the majority of items being made when ordered (made to order), cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds are not possible.

 *We do NOT give our items out for free, especially for reviews. Any request to receive any of our work for free, will not be replied to.

Can I place a custom order?

We welcome custom orders. Just contact us with what you're looking to get, and we'll see what we can do. The only thing we do not take custom orders on, is bags/purses/totes.

Will my item be free of markings? / Is there color variation? / And what about your maker's mark?

*Natural Markings: Leather comes with natural markings. What this means is that your leather goods may have visible markings that may be the result of branding, mosquito bites, scrapes, etc. These markings should not be seen as defects, but as natural beauty marks. They add character to your leather goods. Some parts of the leather are free of markings or have less noticeable markings. With time and use, your leather goods will age. Which is to say they will darken, otherwise known as patina. This is normal and definitely heightens the beauty and charm, of the leather.

*Color Variation: Every item is photographed to give the most accurate portrayal of the item (colors, details, etc.). The items that are in the photos are a representation of that particular item, unless otherwise stated that you will receive the exact item that is shown. The photos are meant only to be representations of our work/that item. This means that your leather piece may not turn out exactly as shown. This is due to the leather and the fact that we make each piece by hand, not machines. We may cut your item from a different section of a side of leather, or a completely different side of leather. Each piece of leather is completely unique. The device that you view our website on, may not give an accurate picture of our items, due to screen resolution, etc. 

*Our Maker's Mark: Each item has at least one photo that shows what mark it will have, and the placement of that mark. Every single item we make, will have one of our maker's marks on it. Any requests to leave off our mark will not be granted.

What are your processing and shipping times?

*PROCESSING *All items have a processing time stated with the item's description. Processing times are subject to change at any time, and you can find the most up to date processing time at the top of any page. Ready to ship items will ship 1-3 business days following the purchase date. 

*SHIPPING *We will email you, at the email address you provide at checkout, with the tracking information, once your package(s) ship.

*Please double check whether the shipping address is correct before making your purchase. We ship packages to the exact shipping address that is provided. Please understand that if shipping information is incorrect, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or returned packages. If packages get returned to us, due to incorrect address information, International customers/buyers will be responsible for paying for new postage. We are happy to resend to National customers/buyers using USPS standard shipping (first class 2-5 business days), at no cost to you.

*USPS First Class Domestic Mail 2-4 business days, USPS Priority Mail Domestic 1-3 business days, USPS Priority Mail Express Domestic 1-2 business days, USPS First Class International Package Service International Varies, USPS Priority Mail International 6-10 days, USPS Priority Mail Express International 3-5 days

*Buyer and/or recipient is responsible for any taxes/fees for packages going outside of the U.S.A. We are not responsible for delays with customs.

*We are able to ship to an APO

*We do not package orders with receipts and/or packing slips, unless requested.

*We will ship the business day following completion. Once shipped, items may take a couple to several more days to arrive. This is due to buyer's mailing choice, the postal service, recipient location, holidays, and weather. *We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
